Loud music and noise are not allowed.
The rule of peace and quiet also applies to the terrace.
Guests are responsible for any police visits due to noise disturbances and will bear the costs of any fines.
3. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the apartment.
4. Pets
Pets are not allowed without prior arrangement.
5. Cleanliness and Order
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Waste separation:
Cans and plastic should be disposed of in the designated bin.
Food waste should be separated into a special bin.
Glass should be disposed of in a separate bin.
Two bins for mixed waste and plastic/cans are located by the road.
For food waste, there is a white bin outside, which is labeled and located near the garage by the stairs.
6. Kitchen
Use kitchen appliances and utensils carefully.
Wash and put away dishes after use.
7. Damages and Malfunctions
In case of any damages or malfunctions in the apartment, please notify the host immediately.
8. Security
Always lock the doors when you leave the apartment.
Do not leave valuables unattended.
9. Use of Equipment
Use of equipment and devices in the apartment is at your own risk.
Please use the equipment in accordance with the instructions.
10. Respecting the Rules
Guests are required to follow the house rules.
In case of violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without a refund.

2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via the website, email, or phone.
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is paid upon arrival (cash, card, or as agreed).
Card payments are securely processed by Bentral d.o.o. via their online reservation system.
An invoice will be issued after the stay, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Guest Self Check-In
After confirming the booking, the guest will receive a link via email to the Bentral system, where they can complete a self check-in.
This step is optional – check-in can also be completed in person upon arrival.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations 13–7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is charged.
Cancellations 6 days or less before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows are charged 100% of the first night.
Changes to bookings depend on availability and must be agreed in advance.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: from 15:00 (3 PM)
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).
6. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Pets are not allowed, unless agreed beforehand.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper behavior.
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00.
Only registered guests may stay at the property.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal data is used only for:
booking management,
guest communication,
mandatory registration via Bentral.
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
