TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Karavanke Holiday Getaway Apartment

1. Reservations

• A reservation is confirmed once the guest receives written confirmation (email or booking system).

• By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

• The guest is responsible for providing accurate personal information.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is made according to the conditions stated at the time of booking.

• For reservations made through third‑party platforms (Booking, Airbnb, etc.), their payment terms apply.

• Prices include VAT, tourist tax (if applicable), and final cleaning unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation deadlines and fees are specified at the time of booking.

• For reservations made through third‑party platforms, their cancellation policies apply.

• In case of a no‑show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged unless stated otherwise.

4. Check‑in and Check‑out

• Check‑in: from ___ onwards (by arrangement).

• Check‑out: until ___ (by arrangement).

• Early check‑in or late check‑out is possible only upon prior agreement.

• Guests must leave the apartment in a condition suitable for standard final cleaning.

5. House Rules

• Guests must follow the house rules displayed in the apartment.

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

• Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.

• Please respect the neighbours and the peaceful surroundings.

6. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.

• If a pet is permitted, an additional fee or rules may apply.

7. Damage and Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its equipment.

• Any damage must be settled upon departure or after an issued invoice.

• The owner is not responsible for injuries, loss, or theft of guests’ personal belongings.

• Guests must immediately report any malfunction or damage to the owner.

8. Number of Guests

• The maximum number of guests is limited to the number stated in the reservation.

• Visitors or additional persons are allowed only with prior approval.

• Violation of this rule may result in termination of the stay without refund.

9. Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or outdoor areas.

• Additional cleaning fees may apply in case of violation.

10. Parking

• Guests have access to free private parking.

• The owner is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or items left inside them.

11. Personal Data Protection

• Personal data is used solely for the purpose of booking, communication, and mandatory guest registration (eTurizem).

• Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

• By making a reservation, the guest consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of completing the booking.

12. Force Majeure

• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, technical failures), the owner reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation.

• Guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

13. Safe Use of the Apartment

• Guests must use appliances and equipment responsibly and according to instructions.

• Moving furniture without permission is not allowed.

• Guests are responsible for safe use of the kitchen, electrical devices, and heating/cooling systems.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation and staying in the apartment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
